We get UAE SMEs e-invoicing ready.
E-invoicing in the UAE moves invoices into a structured format, sent through an Accredited Service Provider. Most of the work is getting your invoice data clean and complete. We do that work with you, and check it before it goes anywhere.
From the invoices you have today to data your provider accepts.
- 01
Check
Send us an export of your invoices from spreadsheets or accounting software. We map your columns and check every line against the e-invoicing data rules.
- 02
Clean
Each problem comes back in plain English with a suggested fix. A person approves every change to an amount, a VAT rate or a TRN, and your original file is never changed.
- 03
Hand over
You receive a cleaned, validated dataset and a short report, ready to load into the Accredited Service Provider you choose.
For businesses whose invoices were never built for a machine to read.
Invoices made in spreadsheets
Every month a little different: columns move, dates change format, TRNs are typed with spaces.
Accounting software exports
The data is there, but fields are missing, free text sits where codes should be, and credit notes do not point to their invoices.
A go-live date coming up
You know the deadline. You want to know how far your data is from ready, and what to fix first.
Two free tools, both running in your browser.
Readiness check
Six questions. Your deadlines, what to do next, and the penalties that apply if you are late.
Check your readinessFree invoice check
Open a file of your sales invoices and see which lines are ready. The file never leaves your device.

We are not an Accredited Service Provider. We never send invoices to the e-invoicing network or to the Federal Tax Authority: we prepare your data for the provider you choose.
UAE e-invoicing: common questions.
When does e-invoicing start in the UAE?
Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must issue e-invoices from 1 January 2027, with an Accredited Service Provider appointed by 31 July 2026. Businesses under AED 50 million follow from 1 July 2027 (provider by 31 March 2027), and government entities from 1 October 2027 (provider by 31 March 2027).
Who has to use e-invoicing?
Businesses in the UAE that invoice other businesses or government. Sales only to consumers are not in the first phase.
What are the penalties for not being ready?
Up to AED 5,000 for each month without an e-invoicing system once it is required, and AED 100 for each invoice not issued electronically, up to AED 5,000 a month.
What is an Accredited Service Provider?
A provider approved by the Ministry of Finance to exchange e-invoices on your behalf. You appoint one. We are not one: we prepare your invoice data for the provider you choose.
Can I keep making invoices in spreadsheets?
For now, yes, but every invoice has to reach your provider as structured data. Every field the format needs has to be in your sheet, filled in the same way on every row.
Can I check my PDF invoices?
Yes. The free invoice check reads PDF invoices, several at once or in a ZIP, and looks for the tax invoice essentials: the title, TRNs, invoice number, date, customer, and a subtotal, VAT and total that add up.
Is my invoice data uploaded when I use the free check?
No. The check runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded, stored or sent anywhere, no AI reads them, and they are cleared from the page once checked.
